  • M63 * Muscle disorders in diseases classified elsewhere
  • M68 * Lesions of synovial membranes and tendons in diseases classified elsewhere
  • M73 * Soft tissue disorders in diseases classified elsewhere
  • M82 * Osteoporosis in diseases classified elsewhere
  • M90 * Osteopathy in diseases classified elsewhere

LOCALIZATION OF BONE-MUSCLE DAMAGE

In class XIII, additional signs are introduced to indicate the localization of the lesion, which can optionally be used with the corresponding subheadings. Since the propagation site or special adaptation can vary in the number of digital characteristics used, it is assumed that additional localization subclassing should be placed in an identifiable separate position (for example, in an additional block). Various subclassifications used to refine knee injury, dorsopathy, or biomechanical disorders not classified elsewhere are shown on p. 659, 666 and 697 respectively

  • 0 Multiple localization
  • 1 Shoulder area
    • Collarbone,
    • acromioclavicular joint,
    • scapula,
    • shoulder joint,
    • sternoclavicular joint
  • 2 Leverage
    • Brachial bone
    • Elbow joint
  • 3 Forearm
    • Radial Bone
    • The wrist joint,
    • elbow bone
  • 4 Brush
    • Wrist,
    • Joints between these bones
    • fingers,

    • femur,
    • basin
  • 6 Shin
    • Fibula,

M00-M25 ARTHROPATHIES

Disturbances that affect predominantly peripheral joints (limbs)

M30-M36 SYSTEMIC DAMAGE OF CONNECTING FABRIC

Included:

  • autoimmune diseases:
  • . BDU
  • . systemic collagen (vascular) diseases:
    • . BDU
    • . system

Excluded:

  • autoimmune diseases with lesion of one organ or one type of cells (coded according to the heading of the corresponding condition)

M40-M54 DORSOPATHIES

The following additional fifth signs denoting the localization of the lesion are given for optional use with the corresponding headings of the Dorsopathia block, excluding the M50 and M51; see also the note on p. 644.

  • 0 Multiple departments of the spine
  • 1 Obstruction, first and second cervical vertebrae
  • 2 Neck area
  • 3 Chestno-thoracic department
  • 4 Thoracic Department
  • 5 Lumbar-thoracic department
  • 6 Lumbar section
  • 7 The lumbosacral department

In Russia, the International Classification of Diseases of the 10th revision ( ICD-10 ) was adopted as a single normative document to take into account the incidence, the reasons for the population to address medical facilities of all departments, the causes of death.

ICD-10 was introduced into the practice of health care throughout the RF in 1999 by the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia of 27.05.97. №170

The release of the new revision ( ICD-11 ) is planned in 2017.
